Our understanding of the world relies on contrasts: black versus white, good versus evil, pain versus joy. But does anything exist near absolute black or white? Even the darkest black has a darker shade.
Just as numerous versions of you exist in the minds of others, every person you meet forms their own image of you. Every memory recalled creates a different version of the event. Thus, there are a thousand versions of you, a thousand versions of each memory.
Each version harbors a part of you.
